Title: Saitek X36f land vehicle problems
Post by: eyegore on December 23, 2002, 04:44:43 PM
I have a Saitek X36F w/ X35T USB stick-throttle combo, and am experiencing something strange.  While the throttle works fine with aircraft and boats, it does not raise rpm in a land vehicle.  Any help would be appreciated.

It's not your joystick.  For some reason, throttle in a land vehicles is simulated by pushing up on the stick itself in Aces High.  So, engage your gear (Q for upshift W for downshitft) and push up to make your vehicle move.

S! Eyegore

Throtle aint work in GVs like it work in planes.

With GVs you need use a stick for throtling up with push forward and brake with pulling stick backwards.
