Nevermind...

I researched it after I wrote that.  Sounds like the youths were inside the house when shot. I can't find anything to suggest Mr. Martinwas doing more than defending his life or property.

OTOH, there are very few unbiased sites out there. Most are of the "Free Tony Martin" variety.

I wish the Chargers never would have cut Tony Martin. He still had some gas in the tank, and he was so much a part of the superbowl run.
