Title: Skuzzy, bloom25, help plz?

Recently upgraded from gf4 440 to gf4 ti4200.  Frame rate
not bad until planes in picture.  Then below 10.

Found something..
  my modem and my Vid card are sharing irq port 18,
is this  a possible problem.  My system never has worked
very well online.  Works much better offline.  Could this
be it?

p4 1.7
768 sdram 133 <--i know, i know
gf4 ti 4200  30.82 drivers.
intel 845 chips
blah, blah, blah

Any help welcome.  Wife wants sex, i cant perform until AH is
playable, and I dont want to put my old card back in.

Yep,..that modem sharing your vid IRQ is going to make amess of things in the performance area.

thnx a bunch.   hmmm..forgot to ask how to fix that:confused:

I'll just move modem to another slot.  It that dont work, I'll dig
into the 'advanced' buttons.

yea..that was it.  switched modem to another slot and
100% increase in FR.
