Title: Sound issues

I have a motherboard intergrated Creative chip.  I can run through DX diagnostics and XP mike and headset test and all is fine. Once I get to AH I can get a successful test running the
".radio 5 tomg" but that's it.  Once into the game nothing.  Any help would be appreciated.
