Title: Locksmithing questions
Post by: BlckMgk on December 29, 2002, 02:29:10 PM
Anyone know where I could get a good torque and pick?

I've got this old safe that uses a key and in my infinte time I've been fiddling with locksmithin, I've done quite well with tools around the house on doors etc. Anyone know where I could get some professional tools, or a guide to better understand pin and tumbler locks. My searches on the web have been less than succesfull. It seems Yahoo has changed its search format and is using a strict filter on what is searched.

Anything would be appreciated.

Any recomendations Capt.?

BTW Thank you.

Its kind of a hobby, a skill that takes time to develop the dexterity to pick a lock. Those electric stuff doesn't interest me, I guess I'll go with a basic kit. Unless there is stuff I should know i.e. Materials that aren't reliable etc.

Thanks again
