Just out of curiosity, could you pls install the Ad-Aware software from Lavasoft and check how many suspicious (spyware or others) files it finds:
Ad-Aware download (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/)
only 800 kb, not take long.
I installed and ran it, results: 8 suspicious files found. I deleted them, mostly IE cookies, but one registry entry too (8 files even though I have Norton Antivirus & Norton Internet Security up to dated)

Sorry to barge in............

Do a search for spybot   does more than even my version of Adaware plus and is gratis

thx for that adware, it found 86 suspicious files:eek:  but all but two of them werent IE cookies. it found two folders that i cant remember seeing b4. dont know where they came from. Would be interesting to see if it came from kazza.

I have been having problems with my connection lately, web sites loading up slowly. Be interesting to see if its improved, since files have been removed.
