The cops are obviously not used to such crimes:

The murder rate in UK is still very low by US standards, but 20 years ago all crime in UK was low.  Today, only the UK murder rate is below that of the US.  If this kind of gangland stuff catches on over there, it could be bad news for the next generation of unarmed, law-abiding UK citizens.
