Providing the plug is detached from the iron and the water container (if of the steam-producing variety) are stowed in separate locations, the iron is legal to carry.

Apparently, Oakley are producing an Extreme Iron for next year's season. It's teflon coated and Iridium sputtered for thermo-nuclear protection while doing high altititude 'Dress-Shirt'.

Heh, I watched that on TV Dowding!  It was damn funny! :)  The German's were favourites but we ironed them out! :)
