Does your government let you just walk around in public with those irons, or do you have to have a special permit?? Those things can be dangerous ya know.

Providing the plug is detached from the iron and the water container (if of the steam-producing variety) are stowed in separate locations, the iron is legal to carry.
Apparently, Oakley are producing an Extreme Iron for next year's season. It's teflon coated and Iridium sputtered for thermo-nuclear protection while doing high altititude 'Dress-Shirt'.
