All of us AW Pilots know by heart what to do before during and after an AW Scenario.
Can someone post what we are supposed to do as AH Pilots before during and after an AH Scenario ?
Some general questions.
1. Are Group Leaders assigned or is it first come first serve ?
2. What kind of Communications should we expect from the Command staff ? Daily - Weekly emails ? Maps and Routes of proposed Missions ?
3. What do we do on frame day ? Where do we show up ? Do we join Tempory squadrons in the Special Events Arena ? Are there standard communications policies such as using certain channels for certain communications ? What do we do when we die ? Who setups up specific missions ? What do we do if we see any rules violations ? Who do we report it to ?
4. What do we do AFTER the frame is over ? Do we report any After Action Info to GL's or CO's ? Where are results posted and how soon ?
Any other info would be greatly appreciated.

I understand one can be a member of differeing Squads in differing arenas, is that correct?
Is it a good idea to set each group up as a Squad in the SEA as soon as possible?

Hi Mike,
Nice to see you are showing interest in Scenarios.
The squad I'm in participates in the Tour of Duty.
I'll give you answers to your questions in the order you asked them.
1. Yes. The CM's tell you who the Axis and Allied Commander will be for each frame.
A week prior to the Frame the CM's will give "THAT" frames Allied and Axis Commanders general mission orders.
Then that CO is responsible for giving the CO's of the squads that are flying for him "HIS" mission orders.
It's up to the Axis and Allied Commanders to make missions for each squad based on the General Orders.
2. You use Country channel to talk to other squads flying with you and to communicate with the Commander. You can use squad channel to communicate with squad mates. My squad uses Roger Wilco to keep our hands free for flying. Then you use open channel to talk to the CM's.
3. You need to make sure you have the map for that scenario. You can get that by loggingin early to the Special Event Arena and downloading it there. Then you show up for the event at it's designated time. TOD for example it 11pm. My squad show's up an hour early to make sure everyone is on roger wilco, and we go over our mission orders again to make sure everyone knows there job.
If you see someone breaking a rule private message a CM and they will handle it. I doubt you'll see that though in TOD. It's tough to cheat in there.
With the TOD it's a one life event. If you die that's it you're done.
4. After the TOD is over you can go to the TOD board here on this site and leave your squads AAR under the thread started by the CM. You'll see it.
To be honest though the best thing to do is go to www.hitechcreations.com (http://www.hitechcreations.com) then to Community then Events then read about the various events AH has to offer and read the rules and other info. That will answer all your questions. :)

Thanks for the info Pyro.

Atta boy Pyro! :)
You will also be able to download the terrains from the HTC website. Click on downloads and you will see several terrains.
There are a couple of new ones there and I recommend that you grab there as you are online just surfing or checking mail. Nothing more frustrating than being a little late and having to download a terrian...
