Title: Video setup not working! DOH!!

Customer called in to complain that his Video setup tape "the tape that walks one thru installing software and video training"
 Didn't automatically install the software on his new computer...Doh!!! And this guy was serious...
apparently while watching this video that instructs a new user on
how to place a cdrom in a cd-drive and click the next button yada yada, he expected the VCR tape to somehow install the software for him because the VCR tape was labeled "Software setup"
 This makes the top 5 list...

Well hell Tojo, they all plug into the wall...it should be able to do it over the wires!  :D

The amazing part I left out is that the "User" is an engineer?!
 I am just quoting what he told me LOL...
Left and right mouse clicks really throw these guys a loop most of the time....
