Title: can't play in offline mode

online/h2h is ok but when i click offline, it just blinks and i still see the beautiful ah opening screen.

anybody else having this problem?

Not me. Offline, MA, CT and TA all run aok to me. I have not tried a H2H game in awhile though.

This is not an OS problem.  It is a problem with the patch if you upgraded from a previously downloaded version.  I had the same problem, and had to replace ...........argh, I forget, but do a search in this board for me and you will find post addressing the issue a couple of mos back.

Quick update:

A friend sent me his curterr.cfg file. I made sure it was edited to point to ndisles terrain which ATM is the only one in my terrains folder, and I am back in business. For some reason the patch deleted the curterr.cfg file from my settings folder.
