i got my old combatstick to work with the saitek throttle but I can't get the povs to work or 2 of the buttons on the combatstick.  the 2 buttons in windows repeat 2 buttons i already have and the povs don't work at all.  Any ideas, suggestions?

NM, solved it.  Forgot about the switch near the plug.  All worky great now.
