Title: Ord used Ord hit scoring?

Just a quick maybe stupid Q but is it 1:1 ratio in scoring system for bombs and rockets.
Like ord 2 used 10 ord 2 hit 10 does that mean all ord dropped hit a target?

Ordnance 1 Used 67
Ordnance 1 Hit 122
Ordnance 2 Used 174
Ordnance 2 Hit 217
