'bout 50 miles south of D.C. is CINCDOM1...  But I work right 22nd and 'C' street NW.  That's about a block from the 'Nam Memorial. ;)

You gwanna work at the five-sided building, or going contractor/Fed?

Lots a houses in the low to high $100k range near me in Fredericksburg, if yer looking to buy.  Good commuter system from there through Alexandria, so travel to/from work is easier in a pack versus solo.  Lemme know if ya need a great Realtor.

Heck, I even got a spare room if ya need a weekend over nighter for domestic hunting. :)
