Read about Patton, the dog slayed by the THP.   Sad, really sad.  The driver asked twice for the police officers to close the doors of the car to protect the dogs.  4 police, 3 people in cuffs, still no door closed...moments later, 1 dead dog.  What if the dogs went into traffic and caused a pile up?  All because the hiway patrol had a false lead.  Sad.

4 Officers who should loose their powers of arrest.
