MY wirless ISP was purchased by MCI and is now in the process of destroying a very good service with weekly outages.
I have decided to drop them and go with DSL (just now available in my area)
What type of router should I get USB or ethernet?
all help would be apreciated

usb routers i heard were horrible. skuzzy said something in internet connection forum

I use the SMC barricade router. The link sys and SMC are both good routers. I like the SMC because it has a printer port on it.

I have Verizon DSL, I HAD the USB version and it SUCKED!!!!
Go with the ethernet card to the modem.

Go w/ the SMC ethernet card.. and a cheap hub if you want to hook up two computers... The SMC card run you about 49.$

I have a jacked up cable modem which gives me the fastest output and input
