Just had a friend from work call me about his Acura.  It seems the police notified him that they had found his car abandoned.  He didn't even know it had been stolen (he'd last seen it 9pm the night before.. found at 5 am).  The car was completely parted out.  You guys might remember I had a similar experience with my Acura (See the pics here (http://www.dbstaines.com/dave/2001_acura.htm)).

I'll post some pics of his so we can see who's was "the most parted out".

I somewhat know your pain of having a "marked" car. The HID xenon headlights in the 2k2 and 2k3 Nissan Maximas are high on the hit list. Takes about 30 seconds to pry the headlight assemblies out of the cars and takes about 1200 dollars to replace them.
Its been quite an issue in the northeast.

Its probably those damned Russians we inherited after the awe inspiring collapse of the Soviet DisUnion.

Shoot on sight would solve the problem but that damned constitution would get all bunched up in a knot......
