Title: What in the world was added w/1.08......

that would cause a 2/3 loss in frame rate!??? I can't see that the visual aspects of the game were changed all that much. I went from an average of 40fps to about 12 fps...am I the only one?   :confused:

Same, out of AH till it gets fixed or my system gets and upgrade.

Don't wanna get rid of trees, roads and depots though.

Try some of the system boost recommendations in the AH DX8 Beta forum.

I know I posted a few just recently.

What are you running? I have a C466 w/ V5 5500 392MB PC100 SDRAM SB Live! 1024 and 30GB 7200RPM Maxtor, still runs "good" enough for me. Although prolly getting close to upgrade time after this release.
