Fiat 126p. 30 horses, 2 cylinders... pure power :)
Family car of my youth.
This one seems bit modified :) Original is the rear wheel drive, so that's why they are driving it backwards :)
Anyway.. check it out, you'll love it.

A car that can be mantained by yourself with a hammer and a screwdriver (and some duct tape ;) ).

A little bit less complex, and you have the wagon (and then need horses to pull it).
