Title: Ship building facilites for CV spawning

why not add, huge hangers to ports and have them there like
plane hangers but they produce the CV group. have multiple
hangers, hard to kill. if the hangers are destroyed, and u sink
the enemy CV instead of 10 mins respawn, it delays it for 30 mins.

on some maps like Ndisles it would be a factor at bases like p21/P42 and A10/P14 and P32/A28since CVs spawn within 10 mins sail of bases.

Just to play devils advocate. Isnt the current dynamic of captureing the port simpler and better? You not only caputure kill his fleet but you capture it.

well for example:

A10/P14  so u go capture P14 and  time it right to get CV respawned to ur controll. 1 problem A15, spawns  GVs to  p14
within a 4 min drive, easy to retake with little effort.

so to have any remote chance to keep p14 any length of time
u would also have to take A15, and thats a 1.5 sector flight to even try.

another more common example on that map is A19/P21. No way to capture P21 if enemy owns A19. Almost impossible to capture A19 when enemy fleet spawns from P21 right there.

Whels another excellent idea.

I think the spawn port of the CV should also control its (the CVs) rate of resupply/rebuilding.
