Title: Damaged Boats

Is it possible and or feasible to model in damage done to fleet boats that cause them to slow down? For instance, 4k bombs drop on CV, it should run slower than the other boats. Maybe say 2/3 full. then have an option in the fleet command box to have the task force run at full speed or best speed. Of course if a DD is hit and slowes you wouldnt slow the fleet to keep it, but if the CA or CV is hit you might.

Some damage to the ships like knocking out guns and some damage fire and smoke would also be nice.  

I think being able to damage or disable ships might help reduce the suiside runs.
