Title: Rabatz, Rabitzky Help with definition

I am reading about Wihelm "Willi" Batz aka "Rabitzky" he had 237 kills and was at one time Staffel Kapitan of 5./JG 52 aka the "Rabatz" Staffel.

Whats Rabatz mean?

Does in refer to the "baby"?

How about "Rabitzky"  does it have any meaning?

Making Rabatz making noise and behaving less calm than others. It could be noise from anything, agression or just fun.
