what kind of pc should i get if i play in MA, DA, and CT

The requirements are not steep.  Any 700mhz or greater PC with an nVidia Geforce3 or higher or an ATI Radeon of any stripe will get you by nicely.

Obviously the higher the better.  This will particularly pay off around smoking and burning airfields
