I helped clear a fellow Knight's (Glove) tail the other night and this is what came up over the text buffer. Great Stuff Knights!
(And I even missed some of the 's off the top of the text buffer....)

Terror what was the situation on this?
did all 10 of these folks have a bad guy on them?
was it a buff formation?
what was going on?
(asking cause 10 people cleared in such a short time seems like a huge task)
wtg, looks like you did some fine work :)

Terror cleared one of our squadmates (Glove) six in unselfish fashion and Glove told us about it over vox.
All of the USMC squadmembers online at the time gave him a salute as a simple sign of respect, thanks and show of cooperation.
AH is a fun, competitive game. The USMC always dives in to clear a fellow Knight in trouble and will auger without hesitation to grab a goon or change a target.
We appreciated Terror's attitude.

Cool! NIce to see this!!
If I see someone clear my 6, I always try to send a "Salute".
Seeing a squadron send a salute is very professional.
Salute to your squad!

Not a surprise! All the USMC members great guys!!!

Overall, this turned out to be a 3 on 2 situation. I saw an F6F & P-47 below me and a Niki 4k away, so I dropped my ord & engaged the 2 below. Well, I bit off more than I could chew, although I did get a (proxy) kill on the 47. Between the F6F and the P-47, I took damage to my engine and one of my ailerons - and the Niki was closing in too. That's when Terror saved my butt. He first took out the Hellcat that had done damage to me already, then he took out the Niki that had also engaged. (I had to dodge one pass from the Niki, but after that Terror took him out. :) )
After this, the coolest part is that Terror asked me if I needed an escort back to base considering the fact that I had a damaged bird. I declined the offer (as it looked like clear skies) and managed to nurse my FM-2 back to base - landing the 2 kills shown in the screenshot . While on the flight back to base I told my squad about what happend. Our CO decided it would be cool for the entire squad to send Terror a Salute for helping me out - which is what's shown in the screenshot.
Thanks again Terror for getting me out of a bind!!!

USMC (grim and company) are a FIRST CLASS ACT !!!
They always get a big <> from the MAW.

Gotta watch that Glove guy. I spent half the night dropping vehicle supplies to him...of course he was the only guy keeping the hoards of GVs away from our town, too.
-
LOL Puck. You bring up another great example of teamwork for the Knights.
Twice Puck flew a supply goon from a field 20 miles away (the one we were defending was totally porked) for my Tiger. The first time I was low on ammo, but not damaged and got to the supplies easily. The second time I had a damaged track and Puck dropped the supplies right on top of me, which got me going again. Got several kills thanks to the resupply. :)
Big salute to ya Puck for keeping me supplied.

I seem to recall at least five red GVs on the field firing on your lone Tiger. As long as you were going to play Captain Horatius holding back the Tuscans the least I could do is keep you supplied.
Maybe I should change my name to Sporius Laritus :D
