People who conduct "DOS" attacks and other such computer "terrorism" should be hunted-down, tried, and if found guilty, hanged by the neck until dead............

so? they need to update their code. and there haven't been any attacks so what's all the fuss? and as soon as they update their code, somebody will figure out it's vulnerable in another way. and so on....
