Hmmm...I'm deaf and all the small animals in a 500 yard radius are now impotent. ;)
I wonder how high they have to have the engine reving when they turn it up?
-
The engine will be stopped, they use an external power supply plugged straight into the wall socket.
These display cars have nothing to do with common life driving, well unless the owner is totally retarded and wants to build his car as an advertisement (for thiefs mainly.)

yup,,they are bad to the bone,,i have sat in mtx official boom van,, it had to be plugged in,,,i had to admitt it was powerfull,,,we came jamming into a local big sterio shop,,my buddy has a precision power amp pushing 1200 watts,,and 2 jl audio w7s<~~and its allmost too loud,,,but the mtx guy was impresssed with the power we had,,so he had to show off,,and made us sit in the back of his van,,i had to say,,we were alittle out classed there,,lol,,but it was too loud!,,1200 watts with JL audio w7's are plenty for anyone who still wants too keep there crap in there guts!,,lol
to run 1200 watts safely he had to add 2 zap caps and 6 gauge weilding wire leads and a hi output alternator

One blast from that system will permanently damage your hearing. In fact systems like that can produce sound pressure levels that are leathal.
I would not sit in the back of a display car at any cost if someone wanted to 'show off'
