Everytime I try and download the game it kills my internet connection, I can download large files from other sites but am having trouble with AH. Any ideas?????

are you doin the auto download or from the D/L page ?
 If using the auto download try from the download page

I am trying from the download page, went to the AH site and tried there also, same thing.

i've had the same problem;  my system locks up at random times when downloading through the game

I turned off virus check and it worked, was 3 days after this post so don't know if that was the culprit or not, anyways it worked this time. Thnx for the responses
