Title: "Perked" or "ranked" planes & gv's??

As the new AHII will have progressive militar rank for each avatar, will more sofisticated and powerful planes be alowed to fly based in the actual perk mode or in the new rank mode?? Can u imagine u flying a ME-262 only when u became a Major??? :D
