Title: No updates and no planes till V2.00 is released?

I almost retire Aces High though I don't close my account...the release date of AH2 is targeted at Summer 2003, HTC won't release new planes till V2.00?

I was gonna return to AH when new IJAAF fighter is released. :(

I know it is a long time, espichaly considering what we got last time. Basicaly 3 new planes in about 1 year, and the Tiger. That is if we realy dont get anything till Jully. I heard Pyro say I think, that they were not done with 1.11 yet.

HTC has said that they're not finished with the updates for 1.11 and that includes planes.

No one knows what new planes will be released in the coming months; we can only hope :)

Wrong.  HTC has said they are not done patching this version but also that they are NOT planning on adding new planes in this version.

Where people are getting this idea that HTC will be adding more planes I have no idea.

ramzey, I ment if we wait untill Jully or Augast to get a new plane that by that time we will of had only 3 new planes in the last 11 or 12 months, those being the Stuka, Kate and the Me 163. Varients like the A6M2 are not new planes but simply Varients which are Easer for HTC to do, considerably easer, or so I have been told.

There won't be any new planes or vehicles added as far as I know.  We are already at work on AH2.  There will, however, be a new terrain.  Right now it is being tested, and it should be released sometime in the near future, barring any unforeseen hold ups.

yeah superfly,  I say put all your resources into ah2 and let us just deal with what we have!  The more I think about it, the more I believe that you should just let ah1 rest, maybe not even patch 1.11 if its going to distract you guys.  I would much rather see a real pretty plane rich and  interesting ah2 with an incredibly well designed TOD than anything new in ah1.

So no patch for what we have now?  Or has that been shelved for AH2?

We've got some annoying buggy boos with the GVs and buffs.  But, I can live with em if a new map is on the way  :)

Patch is almost ready vehical collisions have been changed for the patch, working on the blinking plane bug. Still need one more film of that.

thnx for the update HTC team.

All i needed to calm my questions was answered.Im a little disapoined about no new models but Im glad you told us straight.

Good luck with AH2 and i hope it goes smoothly for you guys, I look forward to it.

SO what planes are goign to be in AH2?  The same ones we have now?  Will graphics be improved?  Instead of adding features I would love to see more planes, damage model seriously reworked, player contributed skins, real strat system.  Just to name a few.

Superfly, thats the way! :) Keep fast on AH2 development and stop working on AH's new a/c and vehicles (little patch apart ;)).

With those minimum specs (CPU 900Mhz and GeForce2) I bet no one will be left behind. However, there is a big difference between a GeForce2 MX 32MB and a GeForce2 Ultra 64MB ...

I'm almost retired as well, but now I know why I'm still supporting HTC :)

No, Taco....its NATE's job...SUPERFLY should say they're working for 3 Tony versions (Ki-61-I-Ko, Ki-61-II, Ki-100) for next patch. :D :p
