I for got to mention that I'm using a SB Live Sound card.

I seem to remember that you can modify these setting in Auto Exec
SET BLASTER=A220 15 D1 H5 P330 T6


Its a fresh install ... every thing works fine, just wont play games, 5300 3D Marks

You have the dos drivers installed? You don't need them unless you use dos programs in real dos, not dos window.

I only install the windows drivers w/any SB I install.

In device manager does it show SB16 Emulation?
If it does it has to be on IRQ 5.

You can set it as 5 in your bios,, just assign irq 5 as legacy/isa.
