Title: Picture size

I just posted some pictures in the "who are you?" post, I had to convert them to B&W, and crop the heck out of them to make them small enough to fit.  I took them on the low res. setting on my camera.  Is it possible to make the max size for pics something reasonable like 300k so we can post some real pics?

make sure you save them as .jpg files.  Usually  bmp's and gif's are too large to post
