My buddy took a float plane trip into a remote lake in Alaska last summer. He took this pic as the plane left them.
It just so happens that the FAA has an office in the same building as my friend. He was talking to one of the FAA guys about his trip, and showed him this picture. Can you guess the reaction of the FAA official?

trailing your mooring lines is sloppy seamanship, write him up .

I guess that FAA guy has never visited a glider operation. :rolleyes:
