Title: does connection speed
Post by: Krusher on November 16, 2001, 10:51:00 AM
have any affect on the "dont move your stick so rapidly" message?

I have been flying on my backup ISP while I wait for my DSL to get rolling, and it seems that this message pops up alot. I dont remmeber ever seeing it before I went to the backup.

Nope. It's entirely on how fast you traverse your controls from one extreme to another.

Your stick could be spiking, and that will cause the message to occur sooner on some systems. You might want to look at that in your control panel- watch for the stick to "jitter" a bit. In AH you can set the damping up on the pitch and roll axiis, and that may help. Experiment, you might help yourself.
