When you change your squads noseart is it done exactly the same way as the first time? and should I get a confirmation message from the server that the noseart uploaded sucessfully?
I aready know that the noseart is correct size and color resolution (64x64x256). It is also named correctly.
When I tryed to upload the noseart I got no messages at all, I can see it on my plane but not on my squaddies yet.

Same problem here.
Uploaded new squadron noseart ( apdrone.bmp ) last week and the only person with new noseart is me. Of course, this doesn't indicate the upload actually worked, it just means the software is pulling the bmp in off my machine anyway. BUT, since I didn't get any error messages, I figured the upload went ok.
Figured.. maybe it gets propagated through the servers on the weekend.. no..
Maybe when scores reset?... um..no...
Is there a magic 'refresh noseart now' button somebody might have covered up by an empty twinky wrapper?

I think they have to delete the old one in the Squads folder.
Until they do they won't download the new one.

We have to do some work to update squad art. I'll get that done today.

If your only concern right now its to let the squad see the new nose art, you have two choices.
The easiest way is to have all the squad members remove it from the 'squad' folder in Aces High. The current nose art will automatically down load the next time you log on. Try it yourself to test it first, just remove the file which has the COs gameID on it.
The second method is to email the nose art to all the members and have them install it in their 'squad' folder, over writing the original.
Either way the squad can see it even if the rest of the arena can't.

Looks like ours is up and in place..
Thanks Skuzzy!!!
Just for future reference.. is this a manual process or was an automated feature disabled?
