A runway

I would say you can't!!!
You could lay certain shapes down, like what BenDover said Quote "A runway" :) or OILDIRT etc.
I know if you drive on a Road ( I think it is the same for Track or River ) you won't have a bumpy ride.

Rock and grassy rock give you a bumpy ride. Grassy rock seems to give a little less "bumpy ride" than rock, but forest shouldn't give a bumpy ride.
Tile terr0005 is forest
Tile terr0004 is rock
Tile Terr0002 is grassyrock

NUTTZ, forest (terr0005) gives it, too. My opinion is that "bumby ride" is ok on all those three tiles, it's realism. Driving in forest, rock and grassy rock is not the same thing than driving in New York streets... ;)
DOODY, have you ever tried to drive for ex. with Jeep in a real wild forest, not in a park? It is: SHAKE, RATTLE AND ROLL! :D
