Title: Pizza texture change

How difficult would it be to retexture the Pizza?  There are a lot of things about that map I like, but I get a headache flying on it.  I'm thinking (after some time in Trinity last night) changing some of the textures would make a world of difference there.

How about retexturing it to give a sort of Eastern European/Alps feel?  Snow capped Mt's, snow on the ground, patches of brown/green - no?
