Armored Recovery Vehicle based on the HETZER chasis.

"Plow" device is actualy a wedge drove into the ground to keep the vehicle from slideing while winching out another.

   Andi is right it is an anchore used to hold the vehical while whinching out another. Thoe poles are for the asembly of a Jib to hoist engine's out or pull teath.:)
