Can it actually be a women's prison movie without Sybil Danning? I thought that there was some sort of rule.... :)

isnt it just an adaptation of the play?

seen the play twice, so i wonder if it would be worth the $8.75 to go see it as a hollywood chop-shop flick

Moose, did you see the play, or the musical?  (Not sure if it was ever just a play)

This movie is essentially a Broadway type musical...  But it's actually more like a Vegas style show because the women are so scantily clad.

Anyway, its got great dancing, music, its funny and clever, there's a few murders and lots of scantily clad women.
