That's pretty sad, although how stupid do you have to be to stick your hand back in the bag? I wouldn' have picked it up in the first place period.

At least this guy didnt drive his panzer-sized SUV at 90MPH on a residential area like the rest.

But still, yeah, dumb way to lose an arm :(
