Title: Trinity/Resupply Unbalanced

I just noticed something interesting today.
In the trinity: there are 9 Zones, 3 per country.Each zone should have 1 City each. Zone 7 has 2 cities in it.
If this extra city is operational, zone 7 will be more difficult to take over than any other zone.
