I'm not asking for reasons why you love or hate the new map.. Just what do you call it? So far my favorite is...

Play off the "Trinity" name and call it "Inifinity" cause a player-induced reset aint nowhere in sight.  :)

hmm...that was probably the idea in the first place...get rid of the pizza map problem (whatever that was) not by removing it just by using a map so incredibly difficult it just may take the same mount of time the real war did...:)

Don't know it for fact, but I heard around here it's been reset a few times, but HT isn't rotating it.

Could be wrong..

I like that one...  The Map

I've referred to it as the Tibet map myself, however, even with 28k mountains, there's no snow on the mountain tops. So I suppose I'm in error. Anyone know where there's any 28k mountains with no snow? LOL

The Tilted Shamrock

Several reasons...


1.)  It looks like a tilted shamrock.  (isnt rule #1 alwasy be practical?)

2.)  See Rule #1, K.I.S.S.  (Keep It Simple, Stupid)


And hey...if you called it the tilted shamrock, the name could evolve into 'the rock' which, if you refer to the nickname of Alcatraz, you can't escape its grasp alive.

Select from the names then...Tilted Shamrock, Twisted Shamrock, The Rock...or as ccvi said..."The Map"

Infinity is the obvious choice and the most descriptive... they were so worried that putting the fields a tiny bit closer would ruin the "strat" that ..... well they ruined the gameplay.
