Your rig is certainly powerful enough to run this game and still have enough power leftover to crunch seti workunits ;).
I noticed you're using the onboard sound for your nforce2-based MB. This uses the Realtek ALC650E chipset to handle the sound processing. In the past, some users have found that turning down the sound acceleration via dxdiag has helped to reduce the occurrences of crashes.
Another thing to check is a trace or pingplot to the hitech servers. If you're losing packets along the way, you might be getting thrown out because of that.
Hope some of this helps.

thnx for the help.
I'll turn down the sounf acceleration.
Whats the addy to the hitech servers ?

What do you mean with this: det 42.86s) (locked at 67mhz)?
I've had the ctd problem only once during the time I've played AH and even then that was solved by uninstall and complete reinstall with a full download. Some update hosed the game it seems.

It means he's using the Nvidia DetonatorXP 42.86 driver version with his monitor refresh rate set to 67MHz.

akak is right on the det drivers but the 67 lock is the AGP frequency.
On the 8rda+ you can set your frequency for the AGP when over clocking.
My monitor refresh is set at 85mhz.
I turned down my sound acceleration and seems to help so far...
thnx for the help...
