Title: Damage sounds

When coming back from a sortie today with a damaged oil line, i was thinking that it'd be cool if the engine started sounding rough.

IL-2 models this real nice. it'd be wicked cool if it was in AH that way too

I also like the IL-2 sounds when the engine is damaged, good idea. :)
