Title: 3..2..1..You're on the air!

Well I now hold the job title(s) of Projectionest, Consessionest, and Producer. This weekend my boss went out of town and I got the lucky (yeah right) job of running the whole TV studio. I set up the sets, check mics, get the cameras centered, do filming/recording/editing ect, run the commercials, and actually put people on the air live. One man doing the job of about seven people. It's not really hard once you know the ropes but the stress is killer. Despite all the hardships of the job I still think it's pretty cool that I can now put "TV Studio Producer" down on my resume.

Sob: I work at Cable 6 (soon to be Cable 18 [Adelphia is changing their channel lists]), in Martinsville, VA. We have a viewing area of about 40,000 I would say.....that may be an overstatment...or an understatment as I don't know really know how many can pick us up.  

Oct: We show and do some of the wierdest stuff up here, sometimes this station is like a 24 soap oprea. What scares me is they may let you come in a do your "enter-ewe".  :eek:
