Title: TOD change of name

Following the decision to call AH2 Tour of Duty, the event of the same name has now been changed to "Squad Operations" or "Squad Ops" for short.  In line with this, the TOD forum has also been renamed to "Squad Operations", so please check this forum for anything related to the former TODs.  :)
