Title: rubber bullets abound

Just a post that I had terrible trouble with rubber bullets all last night (2/25/03).  It was much more of an issue in ground vehicles if that means anything.  Sometimes I'd see 3-7 hits on a tank and it would blow up and I wouldn't even get an assist message (assuming I wasn't the only one hitting them).  Other times the rounds go right through them (not what I would call rubber bullets but lag problem none the less).

I have consistent pings to the server below 200.

I'm aware of the work going on to figure out the issues with lag so this is intended as info only...

the next time u have these issues check to see how many are in that arena.
