u right Widewing is it a Avia B 35  this on picture was prototype some of them with fixed gear was produced , maybe  50 or so , plane  was designed in 1935 ;)  

actualy in last Aeroshow IN Swis just before the war begin  and and before CSR was sold to Germany the only plane who was closely and chalange early 109 was the Avia b 534< biplane> the Avia B 35 was proposed  just never made it for some tech isues with the Hispano Siuza engine < or license  problems
