Title: Name that song
Post by: Octavius on February 28, 2003, 04:51:11 PM: Out of boredom, I've decided to start a new thread called "Name that Song."

The basic concept is to see how long this thread can go. One person posts a FEW lyrics (maybe a line or two) from a song. Any song (WITH ENGLISH LYRICS) or genre is welcome. The song will remain for 2 days or until correctly named (BAND and NAME required). The individual responsible for naming the correct song will then post a few lines from a song of their choosing. If you win, then I'll mail you a cookie.
I DON'T CARE IF YOU THINK IT'S CRAP, YOU WILL LIKE IT. :D

Certainly, there are a great many that simply sample from past recordings, but there are plenty of original artists out there.
