Censored for enemy propaganda purposes:

AAR for enemy action over Ardennes Forest region.

Not much to say. We launched out of *** and headed west deep into Indian Country. We were loaded heavy in ************* for a strike that against a ************. We evaded a couple of high altitude enemy patrols in the area and made it to the target area. We joined up with the Shills as they searched for their target. There was no luck for either of us and we all went after the **************** to try and get the ********* to show up with supply's. After hitting the alternate target and inflicting much damage to the enemy **************** we then attempted to return home. We all ended up having to ditch into the areas west of our home base and near some inactive bases that were too far forward and were easy pickings for the Allies. Unfortunately we lost 4 pilots due to deadstick landings because they ran out of fuel. We knew the risks when we took the assigned mission because our target was located so deep within Allied lines. We played every hand that we could to maximize our fuel but nothing worked. When I finally made it home after walking for a couple of days I learned that I was the only other survivor from our small flight of six.

Very nicely setup mission. I just wish we could have made the RTB and finished off the Allies with another strike.

332nd rolled from ** and headed east for a strike on a supply convoy. Never found it. Were slaughtered by 109's, 190's and Me262's. :) Life goes on.

Did "anyone" find their train or truck targets??? I loaded the Rhine a few days prior and hunted several. Don't understand why they were not running. I do know sling is looking into it.

we didn't make it to our target.  I think the LW pulled all their forces of the ostfront to hold us back tonight.

We took off and flew around for a while in our bombers and then clobbered our target!  Then we flew home and landed!  Many thanks to our fighter escort <> MidNight and the guys that saw us to the target and then home again.
