Is that a "Stock Windshield"and was a name for that model?
"Lemans"?
Can you adjust it too?

The car is just like mine... it is simply a "100 4" model Austin Healey" they are all two seaters and the windshield has two positions even tho I haven't had mine in anything but the laydown position for years. This is the closest you can get to riding a motorcyle back in the good ol days before women decided we might hurt ouselves if we didn't wear helmets.

I had a friend in High School who spent years restoreing a Bug Eyed Sprite. It had a custom built engine and had been raced. I guess in its raceing days it collected a few bumps as it had body filler on almost every panel.
I helped him remove the paint with a torch and scrape out the body filler from the panels. He then banged out all the dents and smooted out the bumps with a grinder and some type of epoxy filler.
When it was finished the car really looked great.
He then went out and trashed it raceing down a residential street. Climbed a curb and hit a tree or something and totally wrecked the frame.

Man, I'm a popsicle. The first thing I thought of when I saw that thing is...it sure would be easy to take a rock in the forehead while driving that thing.

Spring, otherwise known as about the only time things are pleasant to look at in Dixon...
Grew up in Woodland, and I swear March and April was the only time the scenery was remotely attractive, after the grey of winter and before the brown of summer. :)

No... that is not me in the car. that is the owner. I am taller and weigh less than him.
deja... I am gonna reverse the primer sceme... semi flat black sealer on top and semi flat sealer red on the coves.
The best thing about the dixon area is that it is about a tankfull of gas away from about anything you want to look at. it used to be that the lack of traffic was the lure but now.... well.... it's not the bay area but it is bad. My girlfriend lives in colusa and that is still a pretty good drive. Drove the elky in the picture over there this weekend. (it is painted deja)
